Édouard

On October 13, 2017, my friend Kassandre gave birth to her first child, a little boy named Édouard.  While she was happy to meet him, she was also under tremendous stress as her little boy decided to enter the world very early, specifically at 27 weeks.  As a way to show our love and support to our friend as well as to desensitize the situation she was in, my friend Annie and myself designed a baby book relating the story of Édouard’s birth.  While she wrote the story, I was responsible for original illustrations, layout and binding of the book.
