My name is Cosmin Sintamasan, and I am into object and multimedia design. Since I discovered design, my work has involved the creation of a multidisciplinary design approach. In the past, I have created landscape photography works as well. A prominent feature in my work is adaptability and modularity, and when I work with sustainable materials, I am reminded that our contemporary consumerist society is producing too much waste. Often times I utilize elements from cradle-to-cradle design. In other words, I believe that designers need to promote sustainability through their work. When things are going well, I am filled with a sense of ecstasy, and sometimes feel the colour blue suggests notions of relaxation and contemplation. I would like to design energy-efficient lighting devices following the completion of my degree. This is to say, I plan to convince the world to start using renewable energy. By the way, I believe that design is one of the most important constants related to progress throughout the history of humankind, and will continue to remain that way.
