My name is Roberto Panetta, and I am into creating and inhabiting a design utopia. Since 2002, I have been studying and practicing with various mediums in design. My work has involved the creation of printed works such as books, ads, magazine spreads and more. In the past, I have created websites, brand identities, and animations as well. A prominent feature in my work is personal experience, and when I work with others, I am reminded that collaborations can lead to beautiful results. Often times I utilize elements from everyday life, and always look at the environment around me first. In other words, solutions can often be found right in front of us, and the ability to solve problems efficiently is the key to success. When things are going well, I am filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment and sometimes feel the colour red can suggest notions of love, as well as anger. I would like to continue working as a graphic designer and aspire to be an art director following the completion of my degree. This is to say, life is beautiful, but design does not always need to imitate life.
